We’re hiring
Eddy Royal
Curative is a creative agency inspiring positive social change. Every day, we grapple with complex social issues and find new ways to shift attitudes, generate action, and amplify the voices of communities across Aotearoa.
We are looking for two people to join our team in our Mt Eden studio.

For both roles, we need people who love problem solving, believe in the power of storytelling and are passionate about working authentically in and with communities.
We’re looking for people who are:
- committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Māori
- confident working alongside Māori, Pacific communities, young people, rainbow communities and/or disability communities
- clear communicators with extraordinary empathy
- passionate about bringing ideas to life, and telling stories in creative ways through different media channels
- open to learning a little something new each day
Project Manager – Full Time
Lead, build and care for our projects, partners and communities.
This role will hold key relationships with our clients, and be responsible for managing brand development and social marketing projects from brief to delivery.
You will be able to confidently:
- prepare and manage processes, budgets and timelines
- organise, brief-in and traffic campaign materials
- nurture and grow relationships with our clients and communities
- collaborate across our diverse team to deliver outstanding results
- ensure everyone involved in our projects feels energised and well supported
2+ years of either agency or in-house project management experience delivering communication programmes is required for this role.

Studio Manager – Part/Full Time
Provide care and support for the team and office
This role supports the needs of our team and studio. We’re looking for someone with the natural powers of manaakitanga, who can organise like a boss.
You will be able to confidently:
- actively care for and pick up the little things that matter to help the team and office run smoothly
- provide administrative, financial and HR support; from booking travel and managing leave schedules to entering data, organising catering and keeping the office well-stocked
- preempt needs – particularly of our Directors – but also across the team
- have an eye for detail, and love to keep things tidy and organised
- help to create a fun, positive and supported work environment
This is an exciting opportunity for a special human, who loves to keep things in order, loves to instigate logical processes, loves a good spreadsheet, and most importantly loves to ensure people feel well supported, listened to and cared for.
This role can be either part time or full time, depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
