Hailing from Whangarei, Kate loves to work with and in community. With a background in kaupapa Māori rangahau, community-led research, and community transformation, Kate is drawn to work which fosters community mātauranga and self determination. At Curative, she skillfully coordinates the moving parts of our mahi – bringing enthusiasm and plenty of laughs. Outside our studio, Kate is a co-founder of HĀ – where communities envision a brighter, more just future for Aotearoa through engaging with our history.
