We use the tools of creativity, connection and collaboration to help change the narrative of complex social issues.

Changing the narrative includes shaping the way that issues are presented, helping people understand what it really means, and empowering people to take their own actions for change.

The long-term social impact that we’re striving for, is that our work contributes to bigger shifts in some of the most complex issues. By working together, we believe that we can collectively reduce harm and deprivation, and increase health, wellbeing and prosperity for everyone.

By providing space and permission for everyone to play, to invent and to explore new ideas, we can create magic and build momentum.

By working together for a common purpose, we can share our strengths and collective energy to make real and lasting change.

By building relationships with people, places, ideas and organisations, we start to see patterns and links that allow us to make change together.

How we work

To deepen our understanding, and respond to each challenge with empathy, we work together with communities as each project unfolds to imagine and create unique solutions that truly respond to their needs.

We use a co-design process to capture lots of different perspectives, insights and experiences from the communities we work with. Each activity we do within a design process allows us to test, break or strengthen our assumptions, so that we have a robust understanding of the issues we’re addressing and the people involved.

This approach is empowering for us, and also for the communities that we work with.
